Due to high number of cancellations in previous years there is a required $15 non-refundable deposit for those wishing to participate in the event. E-transfers can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org, or cash/cheques can be mailed to PO box 1885, Atikokan, ON POT 1C0. Your spot will be reserved and confirmation will be sent as soon as payment is received. The remaining portion of your registration fee and any applicable stall or high tie bookings will be due at registration.
PLEASE NOTE: stalls and high ties will only be available to those who have provided a deposit to reserve their spot at the ride.
If you do not put down a deposit and want to attend the event, you will still be required to pay the full $35 registration fee, however we may not be able to guarantee your meal tickets, as food will be purchased based on the number of deposits received.
